Description

CementDEC® 3K Polyurethane Based Specially formulated with cement-based mortar for self leveling flooring system. For worn and old floors Highly performance all industrial floors applications. Excellency, highly hardness and compression strength (>70 MPa).

CementDEC® 3K is recommended for conditions requiring maximum high mechanical strength and exceptional resistance to physical and chemicals; topcoat use is optional due to its incredibly smooth surface after application. if requested : We recommend our Full aliphatic water based TopcoatDEC® AS-2K as a topcoat application.

CementDEC® 3K is a non-toxic product in case of contact with food products and drinking water. It can be used indoors and outdoors – in outdoor application slight discoloration is expected. if requested: We recommend our Full aliphatic water based TopcoatDEC® AS-2K product for 100% resistance to sunlight in outdoor applications.

Indicatively around 2 kg/m²/mm thickness.

Application Procedure

Clean the surface using a high pressure washer if possible.
Remove oil, grease and wax contaminants. Cement laitance, loose particles,mould release agents, cured membranes must also be removed.
The application surface must be dry.

Priming;
Priming is required before application water based EpoxyPRIMER® 2K.

Mixing CementDEC® 3K
Mix (Part/C cement-based mortar and Polyurethane Based part/B Blend parts for 2 minutes) and then add part A. Mix for 3 minutes until the liquid becomes homogeneous.
Use a spiral slow- speed mixer (150-200rpm).
The consistent mix must be spread up to a recommended thickness of 4-8mm as soon as the mixing is properly done.
Use steel trowel to smooth the new coating.
Use a spike roller to free the closed gases.

Cleaning;
Clean your tools and equipment with Cellulosic thinner during the application phase.
